Our photo this week comes from the FEECO fabrication facility, where a large disc pelletizer is under production.

Disc pelletizers, commonly referred to as pan pelletizers or pan granulators, are used to turn material fines into easy to handle pellets, and are often chosen for their high level of customization and ability to produce pellets of a desired specification.

Disc pelletizers are used in a variety of applications where there is benefit in turning fines into pellets, among them: minerals and ores, fly ash, chemical powders, and limestone, to name a few. Available in a wide range of sizes from big to small, disc pelletizers are capable of handling a wide variety of materials.

FEECO has been custom manufacturing disc pelletizers for over 60 years. For more information on disc pelletizers, contact us today!
