Rotary drum liners protect the drum shell from corrosive or abrasive materials, while also helping to prevent buildup in the drum.

What drum liners are available?

FEECO offers a range of rubber and metal liners for drums of all sizes. Metal liners are available in stainless steel or abrasion-resistant (AR) steel.

How often do drum liners require replacement?

Drum liners only require replacement when they become worn to the point that they are no longer protecting the drum shell. The frequency of replacement varies significantly from one operation to the next and depends on the specific demands put on the drum.

What is the lead time for drum liners?

Liners are generally available with a lead time of 6 to 12 weeks.

Is there anything else I need to keep in mind when ordering a drum liner?

Since the drum will be shut down during installation of the new liner and the interior will be readily accessible, it’s a good opportunity to conduct any other necessary repairs, drum service work, or inspections.
