This week’s photo shows Nick Reckinger, Process Sales Engineer, giving a student tour inside FEECO’s fabrication center. Nick, pictured left, is describing the interior of a rotary dryer.

About 40 high school sophomores from Brown County’s Teen Leadership program toured FEECO as part of their annual environmental day activities. The students were broken up into small groups, and each group was led through FEECO’s facility by a dedicated staff member.

The tour primarily focused on FEECO’s waste transformation capabilities. FEECO has a long history in transforming waste materials and process by-products into valuable, marketable products, and has been doing so for over 60 years. From feasibility testing in the lab, to the design and manufacture of custom processing equipment, our involvement with waste transformation extends across a multitude of industries.

As always, we enjoy sharing our waste transformation capabilities with students, and hope this particular group found the tour both informative and enjoyable. We graciously thank the members of Brown County’s Teen Leadership program for visiting FEECO, and wish you the best of luck in your studies!
