Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Yes, FEECO will service any brand of equipment, regardless of whether we manufactured it or not.

The specific provisions required for a service visit depend on the service being conducted. The following provisions help to ensure that FEECO Customer Service Engineers can conduct their work as safely as possible while adhering to the allotted time frame, regardless of the type of service being conducted.

  • Confined space permits, where applicable
  • Safe access to the equipment requiring service

  • Sufficient power supply (varies based on type of service), including hardware connections and, where necessary, an electrician
  • A variable frequency drive (VFD) where adjustment to equipment speed is necessary
  • Proper lighting and ventilation
  • A clean working environment (equipment that must be cleaned prior to work commencing can present safety hazards and increases the amount of downtime incurred)

FEECO provides standard PPE for the work we will conduct based on industry best practices and regulations. If additional site-specific PPE is required, customers are expected to provide it, or let us know well in advance of the service visit.
