Rotary Dryers & Coolers
Rotary dryers effectively reduce the moisture content of vanadium concentrates, precipitates, and other intermediate products, while offering a high throughput and durable construction. Similarly, rotary coolers provide efficient temperature reduction of calcine and other thermally treated materials for downstream handling and processing.
Where gentle drying and tighter temperature control is required, fluid bed dryers offer an effective alternative.
Rotary Kilns
Rotary kilns are widely employed in vanadium processing, supporting applications such as roasting vanadium-bearing ores or slag and calcining ammonium metavanadate to produce vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅).
