This week’s photo comes to us from a facility in Wisconsin where FEECO engineered and built several bucket elevators for handling frac sand. The bucket elevator shown in the photo features dual 50HP Shaft Mount Drives.
Frac sand has been in the spotlight lately, as the Midwest, especially Wisconsin, continues to see a rush for obtaining the valuable proppant sand so readily available in the region. This has resulted in frac sand processing plants cropping up all over Wisconsin and the Midwest.
