FEECO, one of the world’s leading suppliers of agglomeration, thermal processing, material handling and waste processing solutions, is proudly celebrating their 60th year in business.

Green Bay, WI (March 17, 2011) – FEECO International, Inc. was founded in 1951, developing solutions for the fertilizer industry and has grown over the years by offering equipment and solutions to companies worldwide in a variety of industries. FEECO works hard to create usable solutions from wastes that would normally go into landfills. Some amazing transformations include turning sludges into organic-based fertilizer, clays and saw dust into cat litter, valuable metal recovery from spent batteries, fuel pellets from petroleum coke dust, tar sand and the list goes on and on.

The FEECO team is proud to say that they can develop a solution for each customer from start to finish through lab testing, development / enhancement processes, designing, building, and installing equipment, as well as providing ongoing support for customers.

Started by Jim Madigan, the international manufacturing company remains family-owned and operated under Jim’s son, Dan Madigan, with Jim actively involved in the day-to-day activities. Dan (President) has proudly stated, “FEECO has been successful because of the employees that work here. Our average employee has worked for over 20 years at FEECO. This provides us with a lot of knowledge that we pass on to our customers.”

FEECO will commemorate the milestone with a celebration at the company’s headquarters in Green Bay, WI.
