The eight part series will not only cover defining the material to be dried in terms of percent moisture, bulk density, specific heat, heat transfer, and material limitations, but will also cover how atmosphere comes into play with rotary dryer design, and what controls retention time.
The series provides a thorough introduction to the analytics behind rotary dryer design, minus the technical jargon. It will be released on a bi-weekly basis.
