Our photo this week is a frac sand bucket elevator.

FEECO designed and constructed several centrifugal-style bucket elevators for a frac sand processing plant located in Wisconsin.

The various bucket elevator capacities were 10 TPH, 250 TPH, and 500 TPH, with the discharge heights of the elevators ranging from 50’ to 96’ (15 x 29 m).

All of FEECO’s bucket elevators are designed around the unique characteristics of the material to be transported. Our decades of experience in bucket elevator design, and the design of complete bulk material handling systems, allows us to produce the right equipment for your precise bulk material handling needs.

FEECO offers both continuous and centrifugal bucket elevator designs, with additional features including removable top covers, doors for easy maintenance, and service platforms. Contact our material handling engineering team today for more information. We look forward to learning more about your project requirements.
