As the holiday season approaches and we count our blessings for the year, it is more important than ever to remember those in need, and to lend a helping hand.

Paul’s Pantry has been serving the Brown County area since 1984, providing food to families in need. Though the holiday season is especially busy, Paul’s Pantry is open year round. In 2009-2010 alone, Paul’s Pantry distributed 3,670,122 pounds of food. Since its founding in 1984, they have distributed 79,064,909 pounds of food across Brown County.

This holiday season, for each employee they have, FEECO will be donating a turkey to Paul’s Pantry. Dan Madigan, President of FEECO, stated, “This is the time of year to give thanks, and to lend a hand to others in their time of need. We have been very blessed as a company the last few years, as others have struggled. In recognition of the blessings that each of us has been given, we want to recognize the greatest gift within FEECO: it’s people. So in thanks for all of our efforts that make us successful, we wanted to make sure that 100 families can have a Christmas dinner as a gift in the name of each employee at FEECO.”

This is FEECO’s second year donating a turkey for each employee to Paul’s Pantry.
